When you post standup, memes, articles, music, skits, or designs, you keep full copyright. You grant Holy Humor a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your work within the platform (and in promotional contexts crediting you).

Do not upload someone else's material unless you have written permission or the use is covered by fair use / parody. Sampled music, remixed images, and quoted articles all need clear credit at minimum.

Publicly available meme templates are fair game. If you build on another creator's original meme, tag them as a collaborator so credit flows correctly.

Parody is protected, but avoid impersonating real pastors, ministries, or brands in a way readers could mistake for the real thing. Never use a real person's face in a way that implies they endorsed something they didn't.

If your work has been posted here without permission, send a takedown notice to copyright@holyhumor.example with (1) a description of the work, (2) the URL of the infringing post, (3) your contact info, and (4) a good-faith statement of ownership. We act on valid notices within a few business days.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the takedown email with a counter-notice. We'll review and restore where appropriate.
